Pořadatelská služba zajišťuje organizační podporu akce (vstupy, navigaci, info point, VIP zóny). Bezpečnostní služba řeší zabezpečení objektu/akce proti neoprávněnému vniknutí, krádežím a řešení konfliktních situací. Na velkých akcích kombinujeme obojí.
Ano. Disponujeme všemi potřebnými živnostenskými oprávněními včetně koncese na ostrahu majetku a osob. Na vyžádání doložíme kopie oprávnění i pojistné krytí odpovědnosti.
Ano. Pro akce s povinností ohlašování (koncerty, festivaly, sportovní akce) řešíme komunikaci s Policií ČR, městskou policií, hasiči a zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Máme interní postupy pro předání informací a společné zásahy.
Orientační doporučení: 1 pořadatel na 100-250 návštěvníků u běžných akcí, 1 na 50 u vysoce rizikových akcí. Přesný počet určujeme po konzultaci s pořadatelem a posouzení rizik (typ akce, alkohol, noční provoz, otevřený/uzavřený prostor).
Ano. Nabízíme kompletní úklid areálu během i po skončení akce - včetně tříděného sběru odpadu, úklidu sociálního zázemí a odvozu kontejnerů. Na vyžádání s ekologickou certifikací zpracování odpadu.
Ano - během vícedenních festivalů, dlouhodobé ostrahy objektů a sjednaných převozů zajišťujeme provoz i v noci a o víkendech formou rotace směn. Nové poptávky a domluvu vyřizujeme v pracovní dny (Po-Pá 8-16).
