Important - who may provide medical services at an event?
Only an entity holding the Urgent Care Patient Transport (PPNP) licence. This licence is issued by regional authorities. You can verify a supplier's licence by their company ID (IČO) right here - our IČO: 28786700.
Under Act No. 258/2000 Coll., the organiser is responsible for adequate medical coverage of the event. We are happy to advise you on the optimal measures - including contacting the local EMS and the nearest hospital.

Bringing a patient home from abroad by ambulance with a full crew.
Summer hiking in Austria, swimming in Croatia, or winter skiing in Italy are great experiences - until injury or illness strikes. We make sure the journey home or to a medical facility in the Czech Republic is not another trauma.
We arrange medical transport in coordination with your attending physician abroad. We dispatch an ambulance crew that brings you back to the Czech Republic. We plan the journey to be as comfortable as possible - refreshments, multimedia, and stops based on the patient's needs.
You can also order transport if you have travel insurance. We hold the PPNP licence, and the cost of our service can subsequently be claimed from your insurer.

Ambulance transfers between facilities and from home - urgent care transport (PPNP, RZP/RLP) and medical transport service.
SAFRES Group s.r.o. holds both the Urgent Care Patient Transport licence (PPNP No. 799) and the Medical Transport Service licence issued by the Regional Authority of the Hradec Králové Region.
We carry out secondary transports between medical facilities in RZP (rapid medical assistance) or RLP (rapid physician assistance) mode.
We also provide routine ambulance transfers with a trained driver - from home to a medical facility and back after hospitalisation or an examination. The driver will assist you all the way to your door; seated or lying transport as recommended by your attending physician.

Frequently asked questions about medical services
Přítomnost kvalifikovaných zdravotníků (záchranář, zdravotník nebo lékař dle velikosti akce), pohotovostní vybavení včetně AED, zajištění první pomoci na místě a v případě potřeby koordinaci s ZZS. Rozsah určujeme podle vyhlášky 391/2013 Sb. a typu akce.
PPNP (Přeprava pacientů neodkladné péče) je pro pacienty ve vážném stavu s nutností zdravotnického dohledu během přepravy - vyžaduje sanitku a tým zdravotnických pracovníků. ZDS (Dopravní zdravotní služba) je plánovaná přeprava pacientů do nemocnice, na vyšetření nebo domů bez akutní hrozby stavu.
Ano. Zajišťujeme repatriaci pacientů ze zahraničí do ČR a z ČR do zahraničí - po Evropě sanitkou, u dlouhých vzdáleností ve spolupráci s leteckým operátorem. Komunikujeme přímo se zdravotními pojišťovnami a asistenčními službami.
Podle vyhlášky 391/2013 Sb. a počtu návštěvníků: do 1 000 osob zpravidla 2 zdravotníci, 1 000-5 000 osob 4+ zdravotníci, nad 5 000 osob vlastní zdravotnické stanoviště s lékařem. Přesný počet stanovíme dle rizika a typu akce (festival vs. firemní akce).
Ano. Pronajímáme AED (automatické externí defibrilátory), zdravotnické batohy, nosítka, vakuové dlahy a sanitní vozy. Součástí je zaškolení a technická podpora po dobu pronájmu.
V Královéhradeckém kraji obvykle do 30-60 minut od potvrzení. Pro plánované akce doporučujeme minimálně 2 týdny předem, ale máme zkušenosti i s akutními zásahy (zástup ZZS, mimořádné události).
Zdravotnický dozor akce je smluvní služba hrazená objednatelem (pořadatelem akce). U repatriací a některých typů přeprav spolupracujeme přímo se zdravotními pojišťovnami a asistenčními službami (Europ Assistance, Mondial, AXA a další).
Cena se vždy odvíjí od konkrétní akce - počtu návštěvníků, délky, rizikovosti a požadovaného vybavení (AED, sanitka, lékař). Sestavíme vám individuální nabídku na míru, kterou potvrdíme do 24 hodin od poptávky. Stačí nám poslat základní parametry akce.
Za zdravotnické zajištění akce odpovídá ze zákona pořadatel. I u menších akcí (svatby, firemní dny, sportovní turnaje) přítomnost vyškoleného zdravotníka výrazně zkrátí dobu do první pomoci. Zajistíme i jednotlivého zdravotníka s vybavením - rozsah navrhneme podle počtu hostů a rizika.
